Terms of Service
Before I take your commission, there are some things you should know!I do not usually take payment up front. There are exceptions of course, but for the most part, payment will be taken once the final preview (A watermarked, low resolution portion of the picture) is given, and invoice sent.
Once the lines are approved there will be no further changes to the lineart without a charge. During the lining process I will only make three to four changes for free. After this point, I will charge a percentage depending on how much linework I have to redo. This is necessary because I don’t want to delay your picture anymore than you want to wait a long time to receive it.Once flat color is applied, there will be no changes to the picture other than tonal adjustment, or shading adjustment.I will do slight edits to a previous picture under the following circumstances:
A small percentage fee of the original picture to make the change.
The change is small in nature: ie: Adding Clothes overtop of a skimpier outfit, adding shading to a flat color piece, etc. (Note, complexity of said overtop layering will adjust price accordingly.
It does not interfere with the original integrity of the linework or shading.I currently do not offer Nude or extremely NSFW content (ie: Sexual acts, pornography, implied acts of the same nature etc.) However, lingerie, or covered body parts (laying down with blanket covering genitals/private areas) are acceptable, as well as pinups.I will post your image to Tumblr/Twitter/Discord and Artstation unless specifically asked to refrain from doing so. If you have a handle in one of these websites, let me know so I can tag you as the commissioner. The version posted by me will have a watermark applied, as well as my signature somewhere in the picture. The unwatermarked version will be sent to your email, discord, or whatever platform is easiest for you to receive your file.Refunds are not done at any point, because I do not take payment until the picture is done.I do not prefer to draw mechanical things(machines, golems,etc.)or complex animals (Such as horses, dragons etc) But will draw them if asked, expect there might be a slight fee to cover for the extra time or effort to draw them.I reserve the right to use any artwork I create for portfolio, examples, etc, unless the artwork is lewd/risque in nature.I will give multiple updates throughout the process, so, if at any time you have any confusion or concerns, there will be plenty of time to let me know. References: In game, Drawn, whatever! The sky is the limit! Want a hairstyle on your blood elf that you saw in a magazine? Include it! Saw a wicked cool dress on that model during fashion week and you know your Dwarf would slay in it? By all means add it! I love to see how you perceive your character in picture form, so the more references visually, the better!
Description: Sometimes, words are better than pictures. I mean, sure, your in game model might look like a tauren, but maybe you want them to be a taunka instead. With a mean disposition, because he spent years in the Northrend tundras. Who am I to judge? I would love to hear a bit about them, and bonus, it can really help with posing too!
Changes to in game model or reference pictures: Sometimes, we just don’t like that eye color the longer we look at it. That’s okay! Feelin’ like your goblin dyed her hair purple this week? Not a problem! Did I draw your character with no blemishes this week, but yesterday he got in a huge brawl and has new scars everywhere? No sweat. Bring it up, I’ll work with you through the process.
Work with me, I’ll work with you. If you request a commission from you, I will afford you the proper respect as a commissioner, I expect the same as the artist too. I have feelings just like anyone else, so if something becomes too tedious too quickly, I may lose motivation and it could take much longer to get the process done.Quick Notes:
